Betty is kind, soft-natured, and a true cuddle companion. She’s looking for a calm and cosy home where she can enjoy her retirement years in comfort, ideally snuggled on the sofa beside her new family, soaking up all the affection she may never have known before.

She would enjoy having a secure garden to potter around in and will need adopters who are patient and kind as she learns all about home life, including house training and gentle routines. Everything will be new to her, so a calm environment and a gentle hand will help her flourish. She can live with dog savvy children who respect her space and understand she may need time to settle.

This little lady is truly a diamond in disguise, and those lucky enough to bring her home will gain the most precious and loyal companion. Betty is ready to start the next chapter of her life, one filled with kindness, warmth, and love.

Our vets have noted that Betty has a Grade 4 heart murmur, she doesn't require any medication for this currently, but it is something her adopters and their new vet will need to monitor going forwards.

She has arrived with several teeth missing, including her incisors and has had a further 4 extracted by our vets. She also has some mild conjunctivitis in her right eye. Our vets have observed a slight abnormality in her gait, which they believe may be due to genetic factors. She is currently being treated for a ear infection.
