Pixie Pops is a beautiful, sweet little girl who came to us from a breeder. Understandably, she found her new surroundings overwhelming at first and was shy when approached. However, with gentle handling, she soon began to relax and show her gentle nature.

Pixie Pops has now moved to a foster home, where she has settled in incredibly well. Despite having never lived in a home before, she is doing very well with her toilet training and has been clean in the house from the first day. She has also learned all about walking on the lead and harness and now enjoys short walks in quiet areas.

She remains a little unsure about human affection but is curious and follows her fosterers around the house, and is gradually learning to accept gentle fuss and attention. With time, love and kindness she should continue to come out of her shell each day.

Pixie Pops adores other dogs and is currently living with several other dogs both male and female in her foster home. She will be looking for a calm and quiet home where there was at least one other kind and confident resident dog to help her continue to flourish. She sleeps soundly through the night and settles happily when left for a few hours as long as she has canine company.

Pixie Pops arrived with some patchy skin and fur, but with love and care she is already looking and feeling better. She has had several teeth extracted at the time of her spay and our vet noted that she was already missing quite a few.

With time, understanding, and a lot of kindness, Pixie Pops is sure to blossom into a loyal, loving companion. Could you be the special person she’s waiting for?
