Sindy’s Quiet Soul Is Ready to Shine

Sindy is a gentle 7-year-old Bichon Frise who has come to Many Tears from a breeder to find the love and safety of her first real home. After a life spent without home comforts, she is now settling into foster care and beginning to experience what it feels like to be cherished.

Sindy is a quietly inquisitive little girl with a sweet, waggy tail and a soft presence. While she’s still building her confidence and isn’t quite ready to approach people on her own, she’s happy to sit beside you once she’s had a little time to feel safe. She watches the world thoughtfully, taking it all in at her own pace.

Now that she’s had a taste of home life, Sindy is showing lovely signs of progress. She sleeps soundly through the night, travels well, and is content being left for a few hours. She particularly enjoyed a trip to a secure field, where she could run freely, likely for the first time in her life and it was a joy to see her experience that simple freedom.

Sindy is currently living in a foster home with cats and several dogs. While she gets on well with everyone, the busy household can sometimes feel a little overwhelming for her. She tends to retreat to a quiet corner when things get too noisy, so we are looking for a calm, quieter home where she can truly relax. She will need at least one kind and confident resident dog to help her feel safe and show her the ropes, as she relies on canine company for comfort.

Sindy will need patient guidance with house training and lead walking. Her adopters will need to take things slowly and offer her lots of reassurance as she adjusts to each new experience.

Sindy had 22 teeth removed when she was spayed, so will need to stay on a soft food diet going forward. She also has a few small warts on her eyelids, which don’t cause her any issues. Sindy also comes with her travel document from Ireland.

What Sindy needs most is a peaceful home filled with kindness, patience, and gentle encouragement. In return, she will blossom into a loving and loyal little companion, full of quiet devotion. If you can offer her the chance to feel safe and truly loved, she will reward you with her whole heart.
