Pansy
Delicate Pansy is Hoping for Her Safe Haven
Pansy is a beautiful 6-year-old Bichon Frise who has come to us from a breeder. After a difficult start in life, she is now searching for a calm and loving forever home where she can finally feel safe, secure, and cherished.
Pansy is a very sweet but extremely nervous little girl. Right now, the world feels overwhelming for her, and she often clings to her carers like a little koala, trembling not because she does not want affection, but because everything is still so new and uncertain. Despite her fears, you can see her quietly longing for someone she can trust and rely on.
As Pansy has never lived in a home before, even everyday sounds and experiences will feel unfamiliar at first. Gentle guidance will be needed as she learns about house training, wearing a harness, and walking on a lead. In the early stages, calm pottering and sniffing in a secure garden will help her slowly build confidence.
A kind, calm resident dog is essential for Pansy. She takes great comfort in the presence of her canine friends, and a confident dog will help her feel braver and show her what home life is all about. She will need a quiet, adult-only home with adopters who can offer her patience, understanding, and unconditional love as she gently finds her feet.
Pansy has recently had a mammary lump removed at the time of her spay, as well as six teeth extracted.
Although she may not be the dog who greets you with a wagging tail straight away, with time and love, Pansy has the potential to blossom into the most loyal and devoted companion. She does not need a busy life, just a quiet home, a cosy bed, and a kind heart to call her own.
If you can offer Pansy the gentle home she needs, she will repay you with a bond that is truly special and deeply earned.
Pansy has a travel document.
