  • Human family requirements

I’d be happy with dog-savvy children who respect my space.

  • Other pet requirements

I could live with other dogs or be an only dog but I haven't met cats yet.

  • House and garden requirements

I’m active and would love a large, secure garden to let off steam.

  • Out and about requirements

I’d enjoy one or two quiet walks a day and plenty of cuddle time.

  • Training needs

I walk well on the lead but will need help with housetraining.

  • Medical issues

I am neutered and ready to find my forever home!

08-04-25 Burt is an absolutely gorgeous boy who has come to us from a breeder, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about him! This little lad is super confident, happy, and just full of joy. He adores everyone he meets, human and canine alike – and takes everything in his stride with a waggy tail.

Burt is currently kennelled with several other dogs and gets along beautifully with them. He could live happily with other friendly dogs in his new home, although he would need to be fed separately as he really loves his food and prefers not to share! He’s also confident enough to be an only dog, provided his adopters are around most of the time to keep him company, as he thrives on love and attention.

He walks well on a lead, is easy to handle, and has that lovely balance of being up for adventures during the day and perfectly content snuggled up on a lap by night. He really would make the most wonderful little companion.

Burt could live with older, dog savvy children who are gentle and respectful of his space. As he hasn’t lived in a home before, his new family will need to be patient and kind while he learns important skills like house training. With a little time and guidance, we know this clever boy will flourish.

Burt is truly a little gem, affectionate, funny, and eager to be loved. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt him will be gaining a very special friend for life.
