I need a calm and quiet, adult only home where I can settle in at my own pace.

I will need a kind resident dog to take me under their wing. I have never met cats.

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks just yet and will find this a bit overwhelming at the moment.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

Please read below for more information about my health!

Tassy is a very pretty little girl who came to us from a breeder to find her forever home. When she first arrived, she was overwhelmed by all the changes in her life and it was clear she hadn’t known much kindness or love until then. She was very frightened of being handled and needed everything to be taken at her pace.

Over time, Tassy has shown us what a gentle and resilient soul she truly is. While she is still a little timid, each day she grows braver. She will happily come for tasty treats now and has even started to give little kisses, which is such a heartwarming step forward. She can be handled, though things still need to be done slowly and gently so she doesn’t feel overwhelmed.

Tassy will need an experienced and understanding home that can offer her patience, calm, and reassurance. She must also have at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her guide, friend, and role model as she continues to learn about the joys of family life.

Having never lived in a home before, Tassy is still discovering the sights, sounds, and routines of everyday living. She is making steady progress, but her adopters will need to support her with things like house training and walking on a lead, starting gently in a secure garden to build her confidence.

Tassy has overcome a lot already, including treatment for a mammary lump, an ear infection, and a wound on her back end, but she continues to blossom with love and care. What she needs most is the chance to be cherished in a safe, peaceful home where she can finally enjoy the life she deserves.

If you have a kind heart, a quiet home, and a special resident dog ready to take Tassy under their wing, please consider opening your heart to this dear little girl. She is ready to continue her journey and find the happiness she has been waiting for.
