Tassle came to us from a breeder and at first was a shy, gentle little soul who found all the changes in her life quite overwhelming. She drew huge comfort from her kennel friends and it was clear she would need a kind, confident resident dog in her new home to help show her the ropes and give her the support she needs.

Tassle has found herseld in foster and with time, patience, and the company of other dogs, Tassle has really begun to blossom. She is now showing her cheeky, playful side and is always up to a little bit of mischief, keeping everyone entertained with her curious nature. She eats well, happily settles through the night, and is learning to enjoy her walks on the lead, especially when there are other dogs to greet along the way. Although she still sometimes decides when she doesn't feel like walking, she is making steady progress and clearly enjoys being out and about with canine friends.

Tassle can still be a little skittish when touched, but her confidence grows each day. Toilet training is still a work in progress, though she is improving all the time. She has never lived in a home before, so her new family will need to continue to be patient and understanding as she adjusts to the sights and sounds of family life.

Medically, Tassle has an undershot jaw which causes her no issues. She was treated for mild eye problems when she first arrived and now just needs daily lubricant to keep her eyes comfortable. At the time of her spay, six teeth were removed, but this doesn’t hold her back in the slightest.

Tassle is blossoming into a wonderful little dog full of character, love, and potential. With a quiet home, at least one gentle resident dog, and patient adopters who can help her continue on her journey, Tassle will thrive. She’s ready to take the next step, inding a forever home where she can feel safe, cherished, and truly part of the family.
