  • Human family requirements

I need a calm and quiet home where I can settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I will need a kind resident dog to take me under their wing. I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I’ve never been on walks before and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed and am ready for my forever home.

Beautiful little Jammy came to us from a breeder in search of the loving forever home she’s always deserved. When she first arrived, she was a quiet, watchful soul, curious about the world, but unsure of how to step into it. You could see in her eyes that she wanted to connect, she just didn’t quite know how yet.

Now in foster, Jammy is slowly beginning to bloom. With the help of her foster family and the companionship of other dogs, she’s made wonderful progress. She has learned to walk beautifully on a lead and enjoys going out on gentle adventures with her canine friends, sniffing around happily and meeting new dogs with a waggy tail. The world is no longer quite so scary, especially when she has a friend by her side.

Jammy is currently living with several male and female dogs and gets along well with everyone. She recently had a much-needed summer trim, which she handled like a star, and she’s becoming more comfortable with gentle handling and grooming.

She’s also building trust with people, Jammy will now take treats gently from her fosterer’s hand and has even started climbing up on the sofa for cuddles. These little steps are huge for a dog like Jammy and show just how much potential she has to become a loving, loyal companion in the right home.

Jammy is looking for a calm, quiet home with adopters who understand that nervous dogs need time, patience, and consistent love. She will need another kind and confident resident dog to help guide her, provide comfort, and continue showing her that the world is a safe and happy place.

As Jammy has never lived in a home before, she’ll need continued support with house training and settling into everyday routines. She’s doing so well already, but her new family will need to offer her plenty of reassurance as she continues to grow in confidence.

If you have a peaceful home, a resident dog, and the time to help a gentle soul find her feet, Jammy could be the perfect companion. Watching her learn to trust, love, and enjoy life will be one of the most rewarding experiences you could ask for.
