I have been spayed and am ready for my forever home.

Twix is a lovely little girl who came to us from a breeder in search of the loving forever home she’s always deserved. When she first arrived, she was shy and curious, quietly exploring her new surroundings and taking tentative steps into the world. Everything is still new to Twix, but she has already shown glimpses of the affectionate and gentle personality waiting to shine through.

Since joining foster care, Twix has settled beautifully. She is making great progress with toilet training, staying clean during the day with just a few nighttime accidents. She loves attention and cuddles, greeting her carers with a waggly tail and happily curling up on the sofa for some quiet affection.

Twix is a bundle of energy and loves to run and play, especially in a secure dog field, yet she quickly settles back at home and enjoys relaxing calmly. She has begun learning to walk on a lead, and is starting to understand basic commands like “sit” and the importance of patience, though she still has a lot to learn.

She has met a resident cat with varying levels of success, she doesn’t chase the cat when it walks around the house, but may react if the cat comes too close on the sofa, so a gradual introduction would be important in her new home if there were to be a resident cat.

Twix will thrive in a calm, quiet home with kind, understanding adopters and at least one confident canine companion to help guide her as she continues to gain confidence. She has never lived in a home before, so her family will need patience as she learns house training, lead walking, and all the routines of daily life.

Twix is a beautiful little girl full of love, energy, and potential. With the right home, she will continue to blossom into a happy, confident, and affectionate companion. She deserves a family who will cherish her quiet sparkle and give her the time and patience she needs to truly shine.

Twix has been given the Gift of Life by Brad Charteris
