15-03-25 Dara is a very sweet and lovely girl who we believe was abandoned outside the rescue when nobody was around to take her in. She was seen running around near us in terrible condition and after we managed to catch her we could see she had a ruptured eye and, after further assessment, a brain bleed. We believe her injuries may have been caused from being hit by a car. Despite everything this lovely little lady has gone through, she is now on the mend and ready to find a home that will keep her safe and provide her with the love she deserves. Dara is a resilient and gentle girl who will require a secure home and yard to ensure that she does not escape as she has proven to be understandably flighty when she is worried. Dara has become a favourite with our volunteers as she just is just so affectionate and wants to smother you with love and be smothered with love in return. She will paw you for more when your stop fussing her! Dara has such a great personality and could be homed as an only dog in the right circumstances. We believe that Dara has come from a home but she may need some refreshing on her house training skills in a new environment. Dara is the really just the sweetest little bean that is so people oriented. Whoever gives this girl a chance, will be the happiest and luckiest family.
