Milo
13-03-25 This very handsome man is Milo and he has come to us from a home through no fault of his own due to a change of his owners work circumstances. Milo is breaking our hearts, he is finding the rescue very stressful and overwhelming and is missing his owner terribly. We really didn't want to stress him out further by putting him in a kennel, so he has become our special office dog and is helping the admin team - mainly by offering lots of cuddles and asking for treats! He will be going home with a member of staff, so that he doesn't have to spend a single night in a kennel.
In just a short amount of time, we can tell that Milo is the most wonderful and special boy! He walks well on a harness, but can pull and is very strong, so will need adopters who can work on this with him. He absolutely LOVES the play yard and will zoom around having the time of his life! He will bring a tennis ball to you and ask you to throw it and will fetch it perfectly. He responds to his name and knows how to sit. He is such a clever boy and in an active home he is going to truly thrive! If you are someone who enjoys going on long walks and adventures and spending your weekends out and about, then he could be the perfect boy for you!
Milo has lived in a home so is house trained, but might need reminders of this in his new home. We are told that he has lived with children, so we would consider homing him with dog savvy older children around 10+. He is confident enough to be homed as an only dog where he can receive all of the fuss and attention, but he does get along well with other dogs too. He has never met cats.
Milo is the best boy and in the right home, with adopters who have plenty of time to spend with him and will keep him both mentally and physically stimulated, he is going to be the most wonderful companion you could ever wish for and will repay your love tenfold.
Can live with other dogs
