A Gentle Soul in Need of a Patient Heart – Meet Haze

Haze is a beautiful girl who has come to us from a breeder and is now ready to find her forever home. She is a very nervous and hand-shy girl who is still learning to trust. After a month in foster, she is not yet comfortable being touched and is a long way off being able to learn lead walking, so she will need a very special home willing to give her all the time, patience, and understanding she needs to feel safe.

Haze will need a calm, quiet, and experienced adult-only home where her boundaries will be respected, and she won't be overwhelmed. She absolutely adores other dogs and lights up when she’s playing with them, so she must be rehomed with at least one kind, youngish, playful resident dog who can help her build confidence and be her cuddle buddy, she is also fine to live with cats.

Although Haze has begun to experience home life in her foster home, she will still need continued support to learn new things like house training, lead walking, and settling into family life. With time, gentle guidance, and lots of love, we know she’ll start to flourish into the dog she was always meant to be.
