  • Human family requirements

I could live with gentle, quiet dog-savvy older children that understand I need time.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

I don't know how to walk on a lead yet and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

I am in a foster home now and am doing really well with house training!

  • Medical issues

I have an underbite and some hormonal alopecia but I'm still adorable!

Reet came to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She was quite reserved when she first arrived, but is so very sweet and loves to give you as many kisses as she can. Reet has moved to a foster home where she is settling in well and getting to experience home life for the first time ever. She is doing very well with her toilet training and mostly uses puppy pads and goes in the garden. Reets favourite thing is to sit on the sofa and watch TV, but she isn't quite brave enough to leave the safety of her bed by herself yet and does need to be carried from place to place by her fosterer. However, once she is carried to the sofa or garden, she will spin in excitement and give you a little toothy grin!

Reet is going to need a calm and quiet home, with adopters who have plenty of time to spend with her and who will let her settle in at her own pace. She will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and take her under their wing. She doesn't yet walk on a lead and this something they will need to slowly introduce to her once she has built up confidence around the home and garden. With time, love and kindness we think she is going to blossom into the most wonderful girl.

Reet has an underbite that does not seem to bother or affect her, she also has some hormonal alopecia but this could be from stress, with a good diet and care it should grow back in as normal.
