  • Human family requirements

I need a calm and quiet, adult only home where I can settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I will need a kind resident dog to take me under their wing. I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I’ve never been on walks before and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I am spayed and ready to find my forever home.

11-04-25 This pretty girl is Muffin and she has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is quite worried to find herself here and isn't sure of human hands yet and is quite fearful of being picked up and handled and will give a little growl, but purely through fear. Once she is in your arms she is fine to be held and will start to settle and have a gentle fuss. We will continue to work on her here so she can start to learn that human hands can be kind and are nothing to fear.

Muffin will be looking for a calm and quiet, adult only home and will benefit from adopters who have experience of scared ex-breeding dogs. She relies on other dogs for comfort and is very happy amongst their company and does start to come out of her shell when with them, so she will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to take her under their wing. She has never lived in a home before so her adopters will need to be kind and understanding as she settles in and learns all about home life as well as new skills like house training. She has started to wear a harness to get used to this, but doesn't yet walk on a lead and so will need practice with this in her new home.

Muffin is a lovely little girl and with time, love and kindness she will begin to flourish and let her sweet little personality shine through.
