04-04-25 Ermis has traveled all the way from Cyprus to find his forever home, and now he’s ready to start his new journey here in the UK. Since the day he arrived with Sirius Rescue, he has been nothing but gentle and affectionate, a true sweetheart who wins hearts wherever he goes.

However, Ermis can be a little sensitive to sudden movements and loud noises, so he would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home where he can settle in at his own pace. He’s not an overly playful dog unless another pup initiates, but what he lacks in playfulness, he makes up for in loyalty. Whether he’s the only dog in the home or living with a fellow gentle-natured companion, Ermis will be happy as long as he’s loved.

Being a typical hound, he adores his walks and takes great pleasure in sniffing out all the new and exciting scents the world has to offer. Ermis walks beautifully on a lead and would love a couple of peaceful strolls each day. He is still learning about house training, but with patience and understanding, he will soon get the hang of it.
