  • Human family requirements

I need a quiet home where I won’t be overwhelmed while I settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

I'm still getting used to my new life so a secure garden for me to explore is ideal.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I need to learn lead walking and house manners.

  • Medical issues

I’ve started my vaccinations and have already been spayed.

01-04-25 Barbara has come to us from a breeder and is a worried little lady, still adjusting to her new world. She’s easy to handle but clearly feeling a bit out of place. When picked up, she tenses slightly, so she’ll need slow, gentle movements to help her feel safe. However, once in your arms, she settles nicely, and she’s already showing her sweet and curious side, waddling over to sniff you and see what you’re all about.

Barbara will need another dog in the home to provide comfort and boost her confidence as she settles in. She’s a gentle girl who thrives on kindness and patience, needing plenty of TLC as she learns to trust and adapt to home life. She’ll also need understanding adopters to support her as she works on house training and lead walking.

With love, reassurance, and a calm environment, Barbara is sure to blossom into a devoted and affectionate companion.
