  • Human family requirements

    I need a quiet, child-free home where I won’t be overwhelmed.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe but I haven’t met cats yet so I'm not sure

  • House and garden requirements

I’m frightened and will need a secure garden to learn about being outside.

  • Out and about requirements

Walks are too scary for me yet, maybe some slow garden sniffs will be a good start.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I'm nervous and learning everything from scratch.

  • Medical issues

I have had 7 teeth extracted at the time of my spay.

15-04-25 Biscuit is a very worried little girl who has come to us from a breeder. Right now, she finds the world a scary place and tries her best to keep her distance from humans, simply because she doesn’t understand that we mean her no harm. You can see the worry in her eyes, and she truly is a little heartbreaker. We so wish we could tell her that everything will be okay.

Biscuit is extremely timid and touch sensitive, so she will need a calm, quiet, adult only home where she can begin to feel safe. She will also need at least one kind and confident resident dog to help show her the ropes, offer comfort, and help her learn that she’s not alone.

As she’s never lived in a home before, everything will be new to her. She will need patient adopters who understand that she’s starting from scratch, including house training, and who can support her gently as she adjusts. Walking on a lead is likely to be too much for her just now, so a secure garden where she can have slow introductions to the world through sniffs and curiosity would be ideal.

Biscuit has so much potential, but she needs time, patience, and a loving home to help her blossom. With the right family, she will begin to understand that life can be kind, and that love doesn’t have to be scary. She had 7 teeth extracted at the time of her spay.
