Chintz
16-04-25 Chintz has come to us from a breeder and is a delicate, worried little soul who seems to have not known much kindness in her life so far. She’s touch sensitive and finds the world a bit overwhelming, but underneath the nerves is a girl who truly wants to feel safe and loved.
With time and patience, Chintz does begin to settle, though she would really benefit from a confidence boost. A kind and calm resident dog will be essential in her new home, someone she can lean on and learn from as she takes her first steps into a whole new life.
Chintz has never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to gently guide her through things like house training and the daily routines of home life. The outside world may be too much for her just yet, so some quiet sniffing time in a secure garden will be a good start.
She’s looking for a calm, peaceful, child-free home where she won’t be startled or overwhelmed. With gentle love, understanding, and a steady routine, we believe Chintz will begin to find her feet and show the lovely, gentle nature we know is waiting inside.
Chintz had 9 teeth extracted at the time of her spay and will benefit from a soft food diet.
