Vince
Vince is a gorgeous young pup who arrived with his litter from a breeder, unsure of the world but full of potential. At first, Vince was a shy little soul who would hide in the back of his kennel, unsure what to make of people. But now, after spending some time in foster care, he’s beginning to realise that life can be full of fun, kindness, and even a bit of mischief.
In his foster home, Vince is learning all about home life for the very first time. Housetraining is coming along nicely, and while he still finds the outside world, including traffic noise, which can be a bit overwhelming, he’s growing in confidence every day. He's becoming more comfortable on the lead and will thrive with continued gentle guidance and encouragement.
Vince is a bundle of energy and full of playful charm. He would absolutely love a secure garden or field to race around in and a friendly canine companion to share his adventures. He’s very enthusiastic in his play, so any resident dog should be up for some fun! Cats, however, might not be too thrilled with his bouncy puppy energy, his foster family’s cat is currently choosing to keep a safe distance, but we would consider rehoming him with a dog-savvy cat that doesn't mind this playful pup in their home.
Like many pups, Vince is discovering the joys of the world in his own unique way, he’s particularly fond of digging in his water bowl and has made himself quite at home at the garden’s “all-you-can-eat lettuce buffet.” He’s cheeky, curious, and wonderfully spirited.
Vince will need a calm home and can live with older dog-savvy teens who understand that he may need patience, and structure to grow into well-balanced dog. He must have a kind, confident resident dog to help guide him and continue his learning. He’s never lived in a home before, so his new family will need to help him with everything from house training to lead walking and socialisation.
As he grows, Vince will need to be neutered and should attend puppy classes to help build his confidence, social skills, and general good manners.
Vince has a small scar on his nose and some dry skin, but with a little TLC and some pampering baths, he’ll soon be in top condition. More importantly, he’s full of heart and hope, and with the right family, he’s going to be an incredible companion.
If you’re looking for a fun-loving pup who’s ready to learn about the world by your side, Vince might just be the perfect addition to your home.
