Victory is a gorgeous young pup who arrived with his litter from a breeder in search of the love, patience, and understanding he’s always deserved. When he first came to us, he was one of the most fearful of his littermates, very unsure about being handled and quick to shy away from human contact. He was touch-sensitive and frightened, and though he sometimes grumbled out of fear, once scooped gently into loving arms, he would settle, revealing just how much he wanted to feel safe and understood.

Now, Victory is in a foster home and beginning to find his feet. In just a short time, he’s made some lovely progress. He’s learning about house training, getting braver on his walks (though traffic noise can still be a bit scary), and exploring the world with increasing curiosity. He's also had a bath and some gentle grooming, which he handled like a star. His fosterer reports that he hasn’t grumbled once since arriving, a testament to how much calmer and more comfortable he’s starting to feel.

Victory is a lively, mischievous little chap with a playful streak that’s starting to shine through. He loves digging in his water bowl and recently discovered the "all-you-can-eat lettuce buffet" in the garden! He’s full of energy and would love access to a secure field or large garden where he can run freely and burn off steam. He also needs a kind, confident, and playful resident dog in his new home, not only for companionship but to guide him as he continues to grow in confidence and learn about the world. The resident cat in his foster home would prefer a little less bounce but we would consider rehoming with a dog savvy-cat who doesn't mind a playful pup around the house.

When Victory arrived with us, he was unsure of people and new situations, but since settling into a home life, he has shown us a different side. He could now live with sensible teenagers who can appreciate that he needs calm, consistency, and gentle encouragement in his new home.

Puppy classes will be essential to help him develop confidence, social skills, and good manners and to give him the best possible start in life.

With the right home, filled with patience, routine, and love, Victory will grow into the most loyal and joyful of companions. He’s already proving how resilient and eager to learn he is—he just needs the right people to help him finish his journey.

If you have a quiet home, a resident dog, and a heart full of understanding, Victory might just be the perfect addition to your family.
