  • Human family requirements

I need a calm and quiet, adult only home where I can settle in at my own pace.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me settle in and I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks just yet and will find this a bit overwhelming at the moment.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I have some hormonal alopecia, but this should grow back with time.

Up Lift is a beautiful and comical little lady who has come to us from a breeder to begin her new chapter in life. When she first arrived, she was a frightened girl who found the world to be a very overwhelming place. Everything was new to her, from gentle human touch to the everyday sounds of life, but over the past few weeks, she has made wonderful progress and is really starting to show her true, cheeky personality.

Up Lift has gained a lot of confidence recently and is showing us what a funny, food-loving character she truly is! She can often be found jumping up to see if you’ve got a tasty treat hidden in your pocket and is always happy to be around her canine friends. She shares toys, treats, and even beds beautifully and generally has such a happy, easygoing nature.

She has begun learning about harnesses and lead walking, though she’s still working out what it all means. With her love of food and her growing confidence, we’re sure she’ll get the hang of it in no time.

Up Lift can still be unsure at times, and when she’s excited, she can become a little mouthy, so she’ll need a calm, adult-only home where she can continue to learn gentle manners with patience and kindness.

It is essential that her new home has at least one kind and playful resident dog, as she gains enormous comfort and confidence from canine company. A friendly dog will help her continue to blossom and enjoy all that family life has to offer.

Up Lift has adapted beautifully to home life, she’s a clever girl with a big personality, and we can see more of her sparkle each day. She arrived with some hormonal alopecia, but this is improving now that she’s been spayed, and her coat is already showing signs of new growth. She has a sore on her right front paw that she is receiving treatment for.

This sweet, funny, and affectionate girl is so deserving of the loving forever home she has been waiting for. With patience, reassurance, and a canine friend by her side, Up Lift will continue to flourish into the joyful, loving companion she was always meant to be.
