Fleece is a sweet-natured little Cocker Spaniel who came to us from a breeder in Ireland in search of the loving home she has never known. When she first arrived, she was a quiet, timid girl doing her very best to be brave. With the gentle encouragement of her kennel friends, she began to take small steps forward, showing real promise of blossoming into the happy, affectionate companion she was always meant to be.

Now settled into foster care, Fleece’s wonderful personality is really beginning to shine. She has discovered the joy of cuddles and loves nothing more than curling up on the sofa beside her foster mum. She mixes beautifully with other dogs, has been clean in the house, and is making steady progress with her lead walking.

It is essential that Fleece has at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home. Having never lived in a home before, she looks to her canine friends for reassurance, guidance, and comfort as she learns about the world. With their support, and with plenty of patience and gentle encouragement from her new family, Fleece will continue to grow in confidence and flourish.

She would suit a calm and peaceful household where she can take things at her own pace and be showered with love and reassurance. In return, she will give her heart completely and bring so much warmth and joy to her new family.

Fleece is a beautiful soul who longs for kindness, cuddles, and the chance to finally belong.

She has a travel document.
