  • Human family requirements

I’d be happy with dog-savvy teens who respect my space.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe but I haven’t met cats yet so I'm not sure

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks just yet but we can definitely work on it once I'm settled in.

  • Training needs

I’ve never lived in a home, so I need to learn housetraining and lead walking.

  • Medical issues

I am spayed and ready to find my forever home.

16-07-25 Tally is a sweet little Cavalier who has come to us from a breeder and is now hoping to find a kind and gentle forever home where she can finally experience the love and comfort she deserves. Although she's aged at 3 years, Tally has a playful, youthful spirit and acts much younger than her years suggest; a reminder that she still has so much life and love to give.

Tally is a little on the shy side and draws confidence from the other dogs around her, so she must be homed with a kind, resident dog. A calm and friendly canine companion will help guide her as she adjusts to home life and give her the reassurance she needs as she settles in.

As Tally has never lived in a home before, her new family will need to help her learn about all the things that come with it, such as house training, lead walking, and getting used to the sounds and routines of everyday life. Although she is understandably overwhelmed by the busy rescue environment, we feel that in a loving, quiet home she will begin to settle quite quickly and start to show her sweet and affectionate nature. We think that Tally would be ok living with sensible, gentle teenagers who are sensitive to her initial settling in period.

Tally is a truly lovely little dog who just needs a gentle hand and a peaceful space to thrive. With time, patience, and a resident dog to lean on, we’re confident she will blossom into a wonderful, loyal companion.

Tally has a travel document.
