  • Human family requirements

I need an adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe and I don't mind cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

I’ve never been on walks before and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

I need to learn house training, lead walking, and other basics of home life.

  • Medical issues

I’ve started my vaccinations and will be neutered before adoption.

29-07-25 Ozzy is a sensitive soul who has recently come to us from a breeder in Ireland. Understandably, he’s feeling very confused and uncertain in his new surroundings. He doesn't yet understand that he's finally safe, and that kind hands and warm hearts are all around him now. When approached, Ozzy often cowers to the floor in fear, unsure of what’s to come. But with a little time and gentle reassurance, he’ll slowly make his way over and once he realises you mean him no harm, he’ll settle quietly on your lap.

Ozzy is doing his best to be brave, and we believe that with the right support, he will begin to blossom. A calm, confident resident dog will be essential in helping him find his paws. Another dog in the home will not only offer companionship but also serve as a steady role model helping Ozzy learn the basics of home life, including toilet training and walking on a lead.

As Ozzy has never lived in a home before, everything will be new to him, and it will take time for him to adjust. Because of this, we feel an adult-only home would be the most suitable environment, one that offers peace, patience, and a slow pace so that Ozzy can relax and build confidence without feeling overwhelmed.

This sweet boy is trying his best, and we’re confident that once in a loving home, surrounded by understanding people and a furry friend to guide him, Ozzy’s true personality will begin to shine through. He has a gentle heart, and with time, he’ll become the most devoted little companion.

Ozzy is currently being treated for a skin irritation.

Ozzy has a PETS travel document.
