  • Human family requirements

I'm a worried girl and would like a calm, quiet and understanding home.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me settle in and I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to help me get used to going outside.

  • Out and about requirements

My foster mummy will be teaching me how to walk on a lead once I am confident.

  • Training needs

I am clean in my foster home, but I will need help with harness and lead training.

  • Medical issues

I am spayed and ready to find my forever home.

Rusly is a darling girl who came to us from a breeder, and when she first arrived, the world felt very overwhelming. She was such a nervous little soul, often hiding her head as if she wished she could disappear. But with time, patience, and gentle care, Rusly has begun to blossom, and what a transformation she is making.

Now in foster care, she’s showing her sweet, gentle nature more each day. She may still be shy and cautious with new people, but once in your arms she relaxes and loves a cuddle. She greets her carers with a wagging tail, happily enjoys affection, and is always first in the kitchen when the treat packet rustles! Her foster family describe her as a “little poppet” with the softest, most loving personality.

Rusly absolutely adores the company of other dogs and takes great comfort in them. She will need at least one kind, confident resident dog in her new home to be her companion, role model, and snuggle buddy. She is already almost completely clean in her foster house, although a few accidents may happen at first during her settling period. She sleeps happily in her open crate at night, and can be left for a few hours as long as she has a canine friend by her side. Harness and lead training will be her next step, and with a patient adopter, she will continue to gain confidence at her own pace.

Rusly is looking for a calm, quiet, adult-only home with another small, friendly dog to help her feel safe and loved. In return, she will reward her family with her gentle, affectionate nature and the joy of watching her continue to grow braver every single day.

Rusly has already shown us how courageous she can be, and with the right family by her side, she will blossom into the most wonderful, loyal companion.

Rusly has a travel document.
