18-07-25 Dora has come to us from a breeder and is now looking for a calm, loving forever home where she can begin her new life. She is an absolutely stunning girl with the most soulful, expressive eyes that seem to tell a thousand stories. Right now, those eyes are full of worry, as she finds herself in a strange new world and is feeling very overwhelmed.

Dora is in need of gentle understanding and lots of kindness. She is trying so hard to be brave, and she draws huge comfort from the company of her kennel friends. When she’s with them, she manages to find a little courage, but when she’s alone, she becomes completely shut down. For this reason, Dora will absolutely need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and take her under their wing. Her new home will need to be calm, quiet, and patient, allowing her the time and space to adjust at her own pace.

Dora has never lived in a home before, so she will need help learning about house training and all the basics of home life. She’ll also need to be introduced gently to walking on a lead and harness, starting in a secure garden where she can build her confidence slowly and safely.

With the right home and the support of a friendly dog, Dora will begin to show her true self and blossom into a happy, loving companion. If you think you could be the one to show this special girl the kindness and security she longs for, then Dora is waiting for you!

She has arrived with infected and sore ears, which she is now receiving treatment for.
