Stacy is a lovely little girl who came to us from a breeder, and when she first arrived, she was understandably nervous in her new surroundings. She was shy and wary of people but allowed gentle handling without fuss. We knew from the start that with patience, love, and the right home, Stacy would begin to discover just how wonderful it feels to be loved and cared for.

Since joining her foster home, Stacy has blossomed remarkably. She has quickly settled into the routine, is completely clean in the house, and loves the company of other dogs. She has discovered her playful side, enjoying zoomies across the small field and rough-and-tumble games with anyone willing to join in. Stacy thrives on interaction and quickly seeks reassurance on walks, responding beautifully to gentle praise and affection.

Stacy will need a dog of a similar age in her new home, as her energy and exuberance may be a little too much for older dogs. She is respectful of other dogs’ boundaries and takes correction well, often redirecting her playful energy to toys instead. She loves meeting new people and dogs and is happy to explore and engage when she feels safe and encouraged.

Having never lived in a home before, Stacy will continue to need gentle guidance with house training, walking on a harness and lead, and settling into all aspects of family life. She has shown she is adaptable and willing to learn, as seen during her bath and grooming, where she was calm and tolerant throughout.

Stacy sleeps peacefully with the other dogs at night, wakes happily to greet her carers, and brings so much joy with her affectionate and spirited nature. She is high energy, full of character, and a true treasure. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt Stacy will be gaining an incredible companion, a dog who will reward patience and love with boundless affection, loyalty, and fun.
