27-07-25 Wooky has come to us from a breeder and is now searching for a very special forever home. She is a deeply worried little girl who is feeling completely overwhelmed by her new surroundings. At the moment, Wooky spends most of her time hiding at the back of her kennel, hoping that nobody can see her.

Wooky will need a calm and quiet, adult only home where she can take life at her own pace. Her ideal adopters will have experience with scared ex-breeding dogs and understand the time, patience, and gentle approach needed to help a dog like Wooky feel safe and secure. She will need lots of love, understanding and TLC as she begins her journey toward healing.

It is essential that Wooky has at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home who can take her under their wing. She will look to them for guidance and comfort as she starts to adjust to life beyond the kennel.

As she has never lived in a home before, everything will be very new and possibly frightening for her. She will need to learn all about home life and new skills like house training. She has never walked on a lead before, so she'll need gentle lead practice in a secure garden until she is ready to venture further.

With love and TLC, Wooky will slowly start to leave her past behind her and blossom into the sweet girl we can see beneath the surface.
