I walk well on the lead but will need help with housetraining.

30-07-25 Emelia is a wonderfully happy Cavalier who has come to us from her breeder in search of a fresh start.

She’s a very friendly girl, and we think she’s an absolute superstar.

Much of Emelia’s confidence comes from her kennel friends, so we feel it’s in her best interest to be rehomed where there’s already a resident dog. This companion will not only offer her reassurance but also help guide her as she adjusts to home life.

As Emelia has never lived in a home before, she’ll need to learn about house training and other day-to-day routines. With her eagerness to please, we think she’ll pick things up quickly by following the lead of her new canine friend.

Emelia is already familiar with walking on a lead, so once she’s settled in, she’ll enjoy one or two gentle walks around the neighbourhood with her companion.

Thanks to her outgoing personality, we believe Emelia could live with older, sensible children, as long as they allow her time and space to settle in at her own pace.

She’s currently receiving ear cleaning treatments to help her feel more comfortable, and has had 5 teeth removed at the time of her spay. Due to the condition of her eyes, it's likely she may develop cataracts in the near future.

Emelia truly has the potential to be a loving, fun, and joyful addition to the right home.
