02-08-25 Amber has come to us from a breeder and is now looking for her forever home. She is an absolutely delightful little lady who is a joy to be around. Although she can be a little timid when first meeting new people, her sweet nature soon shines through and her little tail never stops wagging!

Amber is a gentle soul who with a bit of patience and reassurance, quickly starts to come out of her shell. She will thrive in a calm, loving environment where she can feel safe and secure.

Amber could be homed as an only dog as long as her adopters are home for most of the day, as she will need time, company, and support to help her adjust to life in a home. She does get along with other dogs but can be a little grumpy with some, so if she were to live with another dog, it would need to be a calm, laid-back companion who is larger than her and happy to give her a bit of space when needed.

We would consider homing Amber with dog savvy older children who understand that she may need a bit of time and space to settle in. She can already walk on a lead and we’re sure she’ll really enjoy going on adventures with her new family, once she’s fully settled.

As Amber has never lived in a home before, she will need kind and patient adopters who are prepared to help her learn all about house training and the routines of home life. She is such a sweet and special little girl who, in the right home, will blossom and become the most loyal and loving companion.

She arrived with a broken nail on her back paw, which had to be removed, but will hopefully grow back nicely.
