02-08-25 Eddy is a handsome older puppy who has come to us from a breeder and is now looking for a fun, active forever home where he can truly thrive. He is a very busy bee who some of our staff have lovingly described as bonkers! He is full of beans, has so much personality and is always on the go!

He’s a typical busy puppy who gets into everything and thinks life is one big adventure. He loves to explore the world with his mouth and so does need to learn some manners, but he is still just a puppy who is learning. He loves people, is full of enthusiasm and is going to be such a fun and entertaining family member.

Eddy is confident enough to be homed as an only dog provided his adopters are around most of the time and can offer him the time, attention, and stimulation he needs. He could also live with another dog, ideally one who is playful and tolerant, as Eddy is likely to pounce, chase and generally be a bit of a whirlwind, which some older dogs might not be so keen on!

Eddy could be homed with dog-savvy children aged 12+ who will understand he’s still learning his manners and needs gentle, consistent guidance. He would be a little too overwhelming and mouthy for younger children at the moment. Puppy training and socialisation classes would be a brilliant next step for him and his new family will need to commit to helping him learn about doggy manners and good behaviour.

Eddy is learning to walk on a harness and we think he’s going to love going on walks and adventures with his new family. He will need an active home with adopters who will keep him both physically and mentally stimulated. Eddy has never lived in a home before, so his new family must be prepared to teach him all about house training and help him adjust to home life at his own pace.

He has an overbite, but this doesn't cause him any issues.

Eddy is a wonderful boy and is going to make the most incredibly family member, so please don't leave him waiting.

Eddy has been given the Gift of Life by Eirian Pascoe-Jones
