03-08-25 Beautiful little Penelope has come to us from a breeder and is so ready to find her forever home. She is the sweetest little lady who is gentle and affectionate. When you approach her kennel, she will greet you with the waggiest tail and is just the most adorable girl around.

Penelope is trying her best to be brave, but if approached too quickly, she can lose her confidence and will cower to the ground. With patience, love, and understanding we don't think it will take her too long to flourish in her new home.

She absolutely loves the company of other dogs and gains a great deal of comfort and confidence from them, so she is looking for a home where there is already another kind, resident dog to be her friend and role model.

Penelope has never lived in a home before, so everything will be new to her. Her adopters will need to help her learn all about house training, lead walking, and the everyday sights and sounds of home life. With time and support, she will blossom into a loyal and loving companion.

Penelope has arrived with a low-grade luxating patella on her left hind leg. This will need to be monitored by her new owners going forward and, as a pre-existing condition, will not be covered by insurance. With gentle exercise and muscle-building, it may improve over time. Penelope has also had 3 teeth removed at the time of her spay but this won't slow her down.

Penelope is ready to take the next step in her journey, could you be the one to help her find her happily ever after?
