Adelle is a gorgeous Golden Retriever who came to us from a breeder and is now ready to find the forever home she truly deserves. From the moment she arrived, she’s shown us what a sweet and affectionate girl she is – full of character, charm, and always hoping for a belly rub.

Since being with us, Adelle has really blossomed. She greets us every morning with the happiest tail wags and proudly parades around with her favourite toy (she’d carry one all day if she could!). She walks beautifully on the lead, gets along with every dog she’s met, and is happy to share both toys and her bed. She’s also trying very hard to keep her kennel clean, which shows how much she wants to please.

Although she enjoys the company of other dogs, Adelle is very people-focused and could happily be an only dog in the right home. She could also live with another friendly resident dog who matches her gentle nature. Because she can be a little over-enthusiastic with her toys and sometimes a bit snatchy when excited, we feel she’d be best suited to a home with older children rather than younger ones. She cannot live with cats or small furries.

Adelle has some old marks on her face and a cauliflower ear, which our vet believes are from hyperkeratosis likely caused by allergies, but none of this stops her from being the most loving and happy girl.

Adelle is going to make her forever family so incredibly happy – not just with her endless love, but also with the joy and entertainment of watching all the things she’ll proudly carry around the house. She really is a very special girl who deserves her happily ever after.
