08-08-25 Daisy’s story is one that tugs at every heartstring. She has come to us from a breeder, searching for the safety and love of a forever home. Right now, Daisy is a frightened little soul, shy, shut down, and unsure of the world around her. It’s heartbreaking to see her so withdrawn, but we know there’s a gentle, beautiful spirit inside her, just waiting to bloom.

She leans heavily on the comfort of other dogs, finding courage in their company. She isn’t yet brave enough to approach people on her own, but she is gentle and easy to handle. Daisy has never known the warmth of living in a home, so she will need patient guidance with house training and learning to walk on a lead.

At the moment, the big wide world feels overwhelming for her, so quiet garden sniffs and peaceful moments outdoors will be a perfect starting point. From there, slow and gentle introductions will help her gain trust at her own pace.

Daisy will need a kind, confident resident dog to show her the way and help her feel safe as she begins her new life. With time, patience, and love, we believe Daisy will start to discover the joy she’s been missing – and she will blossom in the arms of her forever family.

Daisy has a c-section scar and has one tooth extracted at the time of her spay. She has also been treated for a ear infection which has noticeably improved per her last check up.
