Dingle came to us from a breeder and has spent the last few weeks in a foster home where she has already made amazing progress. When she first arrived, she was a very shy and worried little girl, but with the help of her foster family and their dogs, she is beginning to blossom into the sweet, gentle Cavalier she was always meant to be.

Dingle adores the company of other dogs and will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her forever home. She finds comfort and confidence in their company, loves to play zoomies in the garden, and snuggles up happily with them at bedtime.

She is affectionate, easy to handle, and has been clean indoors. She enjoys her food, sleeps downstairs with the other dogs, and has been left for short periods without any problems. She has also met children and was very good with them, and she takes little notice of the family cat.

Her lead training is still a work in progress. At first, she was very frightened of any restraint, but she now wears her harness with confidence and has even taken her first steps on the lead – a huge milestone for her. She can still freeze at times, so her new family will need patience, love, and plenty of treats to help her continue to gain confidence.

Dingle has had a tooth removed during her spay and treatment for dirty ears but has recovered well. She is a very sweet and gentle girl who will make the most wonderful companion once she has fully settled into her new life.

Whoever adopts Dingle will need to give her time and understanding, but in return, they will be rewarded with the unconditional love of a truly special girl.
