12-08-25 Edmund is a gentle but nervous Golden Retriever who has come to us from his breeder in search of a fresh start. At first, he tends to retreat from people, but with a little time spent quietly in his kennel, he begins to warm up and show his softer side.

We believe Edmund would thrive with another dog in the home. This dog will be a much-needed source of support and reassurance as he learns to enjoy the comforts of home life and picks up important skills like housetraining.

He’s currently learning how to walk on a lead here at the rescue so once settled into a new home, he would enjoy one or two gentle walks around the neighbourhood with his canine companion.

Edmund is a gorgeous boy and very easy to handle. We’re confident that with patience, kindness, and a loving home, his confidence will grow as he realises he is in safe hands.
