Rola
13-08-25 Rola is a gentle little Cocker Spaniel who has come to us from her breeder in search of a quiet, relaxing home.
At the moment, she is very shut down, so it’s hard to get a full sense of her personality just yet. What is clear, however, is that she is calm, kind, and incredibly sweet-natured.
We believe Rola would truly begin to shine with another dog in the home as they would be a much-needed source of comfort and support. She is already very dependent on the other dogs here at the rescue and much prefers their company to ours for now.
As she has never lived in a home before, Rola will need to learn about housetraining, lead walking, and other basics of home life. Once she’s settled and has mastered lead training in a safe, secure garden, she can begin enjoying gentle walks around the local area to ease her into the outside world.
Rola has been spayed and is receiving treatment for potential pseudomonas in the ears.
Rola is looking for a calm and peaceful household where she can curl up on the sofa, watch the world go by, and potter around the garden with a canine friend. If you can offer this type of environment and know the special kind of love a Cocker Spaniel can bring, don’t hesitate to consider this lovely girl. She has all the makings of a devoted and gentle companion.
