  • Human family requirements

I need an adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me feel safe but I haven’t met cats yet so I'm not sure

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

Walks are too scary for me yet, maybe some slow garden sniffs will be a good start.

  • Training needs

I need to learn house training, lead walking, and other basics of home life.

  • Medical issues

I’ve started my vaccinations and will be spayed before adoption.

13-08-25 Autumn is a sweet but shy Samoyed who has come to us from her breeder in search of a loving new start.

She is trying hard to be brave, but her new surroundings are still quite overwhelming for her. If you crouch down to her level, she may come forward for a gentle sniff and even offer little kisses on your hand. However, if approached without the reassurance of other dogs nearby, she can quickly become nervous and retreat.

Because of this, we feel Autumn will need another dog in the home to provide companionship, comfort, and guidance as she learns to adjust. A confident resident dog will be an invaluable role model, helping her gain trust and confidence.

As she has never lived in a home before, Autumn will need to learn the basics of housetraining, lead walking, and everyday home life. This will require patience and understanding as she masters these new skills.

Autumn will be best suited to a calm, adult-only household where she can settle at her own pace without sudden noises or movements.

With time, love, and the steady presence of a canine friend, Autumn has the potential to blossom into a devoted and gentle companion.
