13-08-25 Matilda is a sweet and confident Westie Cross who has come to us from her breeder in search of a fresh start.

She is utterly gorgeous and has the best ears ever, just take a look at her photos!

We believe that Matilda would enjoy living with another dog in the home to provide companionship and support as she settles into her new life. Over the next few days, we will continue to assess her to see if she might also be happy living as the only dog in the right home.

Although Matilda has come from a breeder, we are told she was often allowed to come and go into the house, so the concept of a home isn’t completely new to her. She may still need some help with housetraining and other basic skills, but with a little patience she should adapt well.

Matilda can already walk nicely on a lead, and we are told she loves her walks, so she would enjoy one or two outings around the neighbourhood each day once settled in especially if she can join the resident dog.

We are told that Matilda is great with children, so we would be happy to receive applications from households with older, sensible, dog-savvy children.

With her sweet personality and adorable looks, Matilda will be a wonderful addition to a loving home.
