24-08-25 Jack is a very timid and worried boy who has come to us from a breeder. He tends to cower at the back of his kennel when he sees us approaching and is really worried about our intentions. Jack is simply not used to hearing kind words spoken or feeling gentle hands stroke him but he has the most gentle soul and we think he will flourish in the right home with adopters who understand his fears and have all the time in the world to help him.

Jack needs a truly understanding and experienced home. With adopters who have plenty of patience and will offer him gentle guidance, he will slowly begin to trust and will transform into a wonderful, devoted friend. He will need a calm, quiet, adult-only home with at least one kind resident dog to help him settle into his new life and allow him to cuddle up if he wants.

Having never lived in a home before, Jack will find everything new and potentially scary at first. He will need to learn about house training and how to walk on a lead etc. Even the garden may feel overwhelming initially, so his adopters must have the patience and love to help him feel secure. The need to teach him to be comfortable on a harness and lead in the garden before venturing out into the wider world.

Jack has a travel document.
