Diana is an incredibly sweet and gentle little girl who came into our care from a breeder. When she first arrived, she was very shy and unsure of the world around her, but with time and patience she has made beautiful progress and continues to blossom.

While Diana can still be a little shy around strangers, once she knows and trusts someone her true personality shines through. She becomes a happy, playful, and affectionate girl who enjoys gentle fuss and will happily return it with enthusiastic tail wags. She has such a soft, loving nature and forms strong bonds with those who give her the time she needs.

Diana gets along excellently with other dogs of all sizes and takes great comfort from their companionship. She would love to live with and will need another kind, confident resident dog who can continue to support her as she builds confidence. She enjoys her walks and is growing more relaxed when out and about, although she can still find new people and loud noises a little worrying at times.

She has never lived in a home before she moved into foster, but Diana has adapted wonderfully and is clean in the house but may need a few reminders in her new home. She travels well in the car and has even met cows and sheep without any concern, although squirrels are far more exciting and definitely grab her attention! She is also very tolerant of grooming and is happy to be brushed, bathed, and even dried with a hair dryer.

Diana will thrive best in a calm, quiet, adult-only home where her gentle nature is respected and she can continue to grow in confidence at her own pace. Her adopters should be kind, patient, and understanding, allowing her to settle and feel safe as she continues her journey.

Diana arrived with entropion in both eyes, which were successfully repaired at the time of her spay.

Diana is a truly adorable, thoughtful, and affectionate little girl who has come such a long way already. In the right home, with love, patience, and a canine companion by her side, she will make a wonderfully rewarding and devoted companion.

Diana arrived with entropion in both eyes, which have been repaired at the time of her spay.

Diana has a travel document.
