  • Human family requirements

I need an adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a female resident dog to help me feel safe & I haven’t met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I’m still shy, so I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

I'm still getting used to my new life so a secure garden for me to explore is ideal.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I'm nervous and learning everything from scratch.

  • Medical issues

I am spayed and ready to find my forever home.

Daisy Dee is a gentle, sweet soul who has come a long way since arriving from a breeder, having never experienced the comfort and security of a real home. Initially, the world felt overwhelming to her, and she would quietly withdraw, observing from a distance as she tried to make sense of everything around her.

Since moving into foster, Daisy Dee has made steady progress and is beginning to show just how much potential she has. She now happily allows a lead and harness to be put on and will walk alongside her humans, though she can still be nervous and wary in new situations. She is starting to follow her foster carers around the house more and is happy to take food from them, small but significant signs of trust and growing confidence.

Daisy Dee is looking for a quiet, calm home with minimal changes, where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace. She thrives in the company of other dogs, and a calm, relaxed female resident dog is important for her happiness.

She is sensitive and may shut down at signs of worry, so she needs someone who understands this and can support her gently through new experiences.

She is continuing to learn home routines. Her housetraining is progressing, though she will need patience and understanding, and gentle lead walking and slow garden exploration are ideal for helping her gain confidence. Daisy Dee would do best in an adult-only home where someone is around most of the time to offer reassurance and companionship.

Daisy Dee also benefits from gentle exercise and a healthy diet, as she is slightly overweight, and these will help her settle into a more active, balanced lifestyle.

Behind her timid exterior is a loving and devoted companion waiting to blossom. With patience, consistency, and the right calm environment, Daisy Dee will continue to grow in confidence and affection. She is ready to find someone who will believe in her and give her the safe, loving home she deserves.

Daisy Dee has a travel document.
