21-08-25 Muffin is a gentle soul who has known very little kindness in her young life. Coming to us from a breeder, the world feels like a very big and frightening place to her right now. She’s unsure of people’s intentions, and when she feels overwhelmed, her instinct is to retreat and hide.

What Muffin needs most is patience, love, and understanding. She will flourish in a calm, adult-only home with a kind and confident resident dog by her side, someone she can lean on and learn from as she discovers what it means to feel safe.

Muffin has never known the comfort of a real home, so everyday things like walking on a lead or house training are all brand new to her. But with gentle guidance and reassurance, she will begin to learn that hands can be kind, voices can be soft, and hearts can be safe to trust. As she is a worried lady, some garden sniffs and a gentle introduction may be a good start for her.

Behind her nervousness lies a sweet little girl with the most soulful eyes, eyes that are quietly asking for just one chance. Muffin isn’t the kind of dog who will arrive ready-made, but for the right person, she will be the most rewarding companion. With time, patience, and unconditional love, Muffin will blossom into the loyal, loving girl she was always meant to be.

Muffin will benefit from attending puppy socialisation classes and her adopters will need to agree to have her spayed at the appropriate age as per the adoption agreement.
