Peshwari
23-08-25 Peshwari has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is a scared girl who is feeling very shy at the moment and prefers the comfort of curling up in a bed and watching the world go by. Although she doesn’t run away when you approach her bed, she hasn’t had much socialisation and can feel quite worried by our presence.
Peshwari will be looking for a calm and quiet home where she can settle at her own pace, with gentle and patient adopters who will give her the time she needs to build her confidence. She will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home, who can show her the ropes and be a reassuring friend and companion.
As she has never lived in a home before, everything will be very new to her. Her adopters will need to be understanding and supportive as she learns all about home life and new skills like house training. She will also need to begin her lead training in the garden before she is ready to venture further.
Peshwari is a sweet soul who deserves the chance to discover the joys of being a beloved pet. With time, patience, and the guidance of a canine friend, she will blossom and find happiness in her forever home.
Our vets have noted that she has arrived with slightly bowed front legs, which don't currently cause any issues but may need to be monitored. She also has chronic inflamation of the ears, which require no treatment currently but will need to be monitored.
