  • Human family requirements

I’d be happy with dog-savvy children who respect my space.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I'd like a secure garden to wander in while I get used to my new home.

  • Out and about requirements

I haven't tried walks just yet but we can definitely work on it once I'm settled in.

  • Training needs

I’ve never lived in a home, so I need to learn housetraining and lead walking.

  • Medical issues

I am missing my right eye, but this only adds to my charm!

26-08-25 Phoebe is a delightful little Border Terrier who has come to us from her breeder in search of a brand-new start. She is a shy girl with a very kind and gentle nature. At the moment, Phoebe is feeling a little unsure and is finding comfort in the company of her kennel friends, so we feel it would be best for her to be rehomed with another friendly dog who can offer support and companionship.

We are told that Phoebe has lived outdoors, so she will need patient adopters who can help her learn all about house training, lead training, and the daily routines of home life. We are also told that she is good with children, so we would welcome applications if you have sensible, dog-savvy children in the home. The adoption will be pending a successful meet and greet.

Phoebe arrived with one eye already removed, but this causes her no problems at all; she is comfortable, happy, and ready to move forward.

We believe Phoebe could fit beautifully into many different types of homes, whether that be with a laid-back family or one that enjoys a semi-adventurous lifestyle. She has been an absolute dream with the staff here and is sure to bring joy, warmth, and companionship to her forever family.

Phoebe has come to us missing her right eye, but this doesn't seem to be an issue for her.

Phoebe is ready to find her forever home, where she will be cherished just as she deserves.
