29-0-25 Melissa is a little cutie who has come to us from a breeder. She’s very easy to handle, but that’s mostly because she’s still quite shut down and tends to just go with the flow. At the moment, she spends much of her time curled up at the back of her kennel, watching the world quietly.

What Melissa really needs now is time, love, and kindness. A gentle home with a confident dog friend would help her come out of her shell and learn how wonderful life can be. She’s yet to discover the joys of home life, walking on a lead, and house training, but with patience and encouragement, she’ll get there.

Melissa will blossom with garden sniffs, soft beds, and a family who understands that she’ll need to go at her own pace. In return, she’ll give you the joy of watching her confidence grow day by day.

Melissa has a Grade 2 heart murmur, she doesn't require any medication for this but it is something her adopters and their vet will need to monitor going forwards. She has had multiple teeth extracted during her dental, but is recovering well.

Can live with other dogs
