  • Human family requirements

I’d be happy with dog-savvy children who understand I will need time to settle in.

  • Other pet requirements

I need a doggy friend in my new home. I've never met cats so I'm unsure!

  • House and garden requirements

I may be shy now, but once I have settled I would love a nice garden I can play in!

  • Out and about requirements

I'm still getting used to my new life so a secure garden for me to explore is ideal.

  • Training needs

Please be patient with me, I'm nervous and learning everything from scratch.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed, an inguinal hernia repaired on the left side & 3 teeth removed.

Pebbles is a sweet, four-year-old girl who came to us from a loving home, carrying a gentle scepticism but always showing a friendly, happy nature. At first, she was quiet and a little unsure, but in just a few weeks at Many Tears, she has blossomed into a confident, joyful little lady, eager to greet every dog, person, and even the occasional passing crumb!

This striking girl, with her long legs and soft, kind eyes, radiates confidence around her kennel friends, encouraging even the more nervous dogs to relax and enjoy life. Pebbles is hungry for a calm, happy home where she can enjoy tummy rubs, attention, treats, and gentle guidance from patient owners and perhaps a confident resident dog to show her the ropes. She would also thrive with older, dog-savvy children who can keep her active and engaged.

Pebbles has been learning the joys of harness training, watching her figure out her first harness was both adorable and entertaining! She is progressing steadily and will soon be strutting proudly on walks.

Medically, pebbles has had an inguinal hernia repaired at the time of her spay as well as 3 teeth removed and hormonal alopecia, which may improve with time, care, and the security of a loving home. But none of this has dimmed her beautiful, loving spirit, she continues to bring comfort, laughter, and affection to everyone she meets.

Pebbles is a staff favourite, full of hope and love, and in a calm, patient home with gentle human and canine companions, she will truly blossom into the devoted, affectionate companion she was always meant to be. She is ready for her forever family, the ones who will give her the patience, understanding, and love she so richly deserves.
