  • Human family requirements

I would like a home filled with love and kindness!

  • Other pet requirements

I need a resident dog to help me settle in and I have never met cats.

  • House and garden requirements

I would like a secure garden to spend time in.

  • Out and about requirements

I’ve never been on walks before and will need a gentle introduction.

  • Training needs

I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training.

  • Medical issues

I have been spayed and am ready for my forever home.

Snowy came to us from a breeder in search of her forever home. At first, she was a little shy and overwhelmed, in need of gentle love and kindness to help her feel safe as she began to come out of her shell. It quickly became clear that she is a very sweet and gentle soul who thrives on calm, patient handling and the company of others.

Since moving into her foster home, Snowy has taken to family life with ease. She is a friendly, outgoing little Westie who loves attention, cuddles, and fuss. She’s happy being bathed, brushed, and handled, and enjoys nothing more than sitting on a lap. At night, she settles well, is clean in her crate, and is making great progress with house training. She now comes in and out of the house freely, and her love of food makes training a fun and rewarding experience.

Snowy also enjoys getting out and about. On a recent trip to an enclosed field with a dozen other dogs, she loved exploring and showed how nicely she can walk on the lead.

Now ready for the next chapter of her journey, Snowy is looking for the forever home she so deserves. A calm and loving environment, ideally with a kind and confident resident dog to help guide her, would be a great start. With patience, understanding, and companionship, she will blossom into the most wonderful and loyal companion.
