14-09-25 Sleeping Beauty has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. We are told that she is a mix of Cocker Spaniel, Cavalier and Poodle, but whatever she is, she is a beautiful girl who is as sweet as her name suggests. Although she is a little shy to find herself here, her wonderful personality shines through and she soon shows her affectionate side by jumping straight into your lap to ask for fuss and cuddles. She is an absolute delight to spend time with, and whoever adopts her is going to completely adore her.

Sleeping Beauty loves the company of her kennel friends, so we would love to see her go to a home where there is another kind resident dog to be her companion. However, we would also consider homing her as an only dog in the right circumstances, as long as her adopters are around most of the time and can give her plenty of attention. We would also consider homing her with dog savvy older children.

As she has never lived in a home before, Sleeping Beauty will need patient adopters who can gently teach her all about home life, including important new skills like house training and learning to walk on a lead and harness.

She has arrived a little overweight, but with a good diet and gentle exercise, she should soon shed the excess.

With love, time, and guidance, this very special girl is going to blossom into the most wonderful companion.
