Lucky came to us from a breeder, hoping to find a loving forever home. She is a shy, gentle little girl, and although the world has felt a bit overwhelming at times, she has a quiet, tender spirit that shines through. With patience, love, and understanding, Lucky is gradually building confidence and showing glimpses of the wonderful companion she is destined to be.

Lucky thrives in the company of other dogs and would do best in a calm, quiet home where she can settle at her own pace. Her ideal home would include at least one kind, confident dog friend to help her feel secure and supported. While she has never lived in a home before, she is learning new skills, including walking on a lead and harness, and with gentle encouragement, she continues to grow in confidence.

Although she is shy at first, Lucky is warm and affectionate once she feels safe. She loves human attention and will gently seek comfort from those she trusts, showing a heart full of hope and longing for her forever family. Her eyes seem to ask, “When will it be my turn to find happiness?”

Lucky’s past life has made her cautious, but she has made steady progress. She has learned to trust new friends and remains sweet and gentle even when the world feels uncertain. She would be happiest in a home with older children who understand that she needs space and time to thrive.

Lucky has a small inguinal hernia, which has been repaired at the time of her spay. She has also had two teeth extracted.

This special cockerpoo simply needs a chance, and in the right family, she will blossom into a devoted, loving companion who will cherish her new life.
